This 3 hour workshop introduces you to traditional therapeutic foot massage techniques and gives you the skills to perform a daily routine on yourself or as an additional healing modality to offer your clients.
Your foot is made up of 26 bones and a complex network of muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerve endings. Ayurvedic anatomy also recognises the multitude of vital energy points (marma) in the feet which are connected to almost every part of your body.
