Delivery Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or public holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

  • Shipping Method: All deliveries are made via Australia Post (trackable service). Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping Rates (Australia):

    • Free shipping on orders over $200

    • Flat rate $12 for orders under $200

  • Local Pick-Up (Sunshine Coast Store): Free local pick-up is available at our Sunshine Coast store within 2–3 hours of placing your order (during business hours).

  • Incorrect Address: If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, an additional $15 re-shipping feewill apply.

  • Delivery Times: Standard delivery is usually 2–7 business days within Australia, depending on location and Australia Post operations.

  • Overseas Orders: International delivery charges are calculated by weight and destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Delays: Delivery times may be affected by seasonal demand, courier schedules, or adverse weather conditions. Sunshine Ayurveda is not responsible for courier delays but will assist you in tracking your parcel.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below:

  • Change of Mind: Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products (herbs, oils, and consumables), we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once the product has been opened or used.

  • Unopened Products: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hoursof receiving your delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original order.
