Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We also understand that sometimes-unexpected situations can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 24hours notice. You may call or text us at 0414 714 072 between the hours of business to cancel or reschedule.

Our policy:

• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the full amount of reserved services.
• In the event that you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation feel will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your services for another time that suits you.
• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we will consider waiving the cancellation fee.
