Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We also understand that unexpected situations can arise, and sometimes plans need to change. To best serve all our clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
To cancel or reschedule, please call or text us on 0414 714 072 during business hours. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting.
Our Policy
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full service fee.
Same-day cancellations or failure to attend (“no-show”) will incur a fee of 100% of the full service fee.
Late arrivals: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to fit within the remaining time, but the full service fee will still apply.
The above fees must be settled before any further bookings can be made.
In the case of a genuine, unavoidable emergency, we may waive the fee at our discretion.
