Dinacharya, or ‘daily routine’, is a beautiful and pivotal part of integrating Ayurveda into our lives. This Ayurvedic approach to creating a daily routine gets us more connected to the natural rhythms of our bodies, as we move throughout each day.
Each Ayurvedic dosha rules a specific part of the day, and together we will dive deeper into understanding how these shifts affect our body & mind. We will explore how to attune more deeply with their influence, through daily lifestyle practices & rituals. This includes how & when to eat, work, socialize, exercise, find rest, and invite activation….and so much more!!
In this workshop, we’ll discuss
- The Ayurvedic doshas, as they correspond to specific parts of the day. From there, we’ll create a daily routine that gets us more deeply connected to these cycles, supporting our body and mind as we move through these shifts in energy.
specific Ayurvedic practices for each part of the day, that help us connect to our bodies, and support our wellbeing on every level – physical, mental, emotional, and energetic. - The importance of ritual, and creating space for self-care within the container of our days. I will offer some helpful tips for giving yourself that space on a daily basis, creating fluidity within the structure of your daily routine.
- Ayurveda is all about balance, and the goal of this workshop is to give ourselves the tools for creating that balance within our daily lives. (Without being too rigid in our approach!) The key is to create a routine that will support your body as it adjusts & attunes to its natural cycles. It is SO important to allow for grace as we gently evolve & support our body & mind through this process.
