It’s perfect for wellness practitioners\, massage therapists\, or anyone interested in Ayurveda. \nBack by popular demand\, Sunshine Ayurveda is delighted once again to offer its Ayurvedic Foot Massage (Padabhyanga) Workshop\, presented by experienced Ayurvedic Doctor Ram Mani Bhandari. \nThis 3 hour workshop introduces you to traditional therapeutic foot massage techniques and gives you the skills to perform a daily routine on yourself or as an additional healing modality to offer your clients. \nYour foot is made up of 26 bones and a complex network of muscles\, tendons\, ligaments and nerve endings. Ayurvedic anatomy also recognises the multitude of vital energy points (marma) in the feet which are connected to almost every part of your body. \nBenefits of padabhyanga \nBy consciously working on your feet\, using time-tested traditional techniques and specially selected medicated oils\, you can improve your sense of wellbeing and experience a wide range of benefits.
