It provides an introduction to traditional Ayurvedic massage with an emphasis on the marmas (energy points) that are located on the head. During the workshop\, you will learn how to perform an Ayurvedic head\, neck\, and face massage in a sitting position. You will also be taught about the significance of marma points and pressure points in the head region. You will be taught how to choose Ayurvedic oils to suit a particular body constitution or dosha. \nYou will also receive course handouts with theoretical notes and illustrations of marma points. \nThis course will give you an insight into the Ayurvedic principles related to the practice of an Indian Head Massage\, and you will be taught the skills to perform it.
