We have the pleasure of introducing our very special cooking and nutrition workshop for the year 2023. This popular workshop will be delivered by our Ayurveda doctor Ram Following the seminar, a variety of cooking demos with opportunity for hands-on practice will be held.

In this class, we’ll demonstrate how simple it is to prepare Ayurvedic versions of popular western dishes by adhering to Ayurvedic cooking principles. There are some minor adjustments that can be made, and we will show you how to make them.
